TimedActionFixture for C++


I ported the Java/.NET TimedActionFixture to C++ awhile back.  Here's a brief article on the effort.

Many thanks to Michael Feathers and all who provided the Fitnesse framework for C++.

Sometimes we don't always work with code in Java and .NET
