I decided to change up the workout a bit today to keep things a bit fresh. I also bumped up the weights. Some of hte leg machines were down, which sucked (no leg presses for me today):

5 minute bike warmup

20 minute 1:1 on the bike (alternating between level 3 and level 20 every minute)

1 x 10 Bicep Curls @ 25lbs
2 x 10 Bicep Curls @ 30 lbs

3 x 10 Bench Flys @ 30 lbs

3 x 10 Triceps @55 lbs

3 x 10 Plate Raises @ 30 lbs

1 x 10 Quads @ 170 lbs
2 x 10 Quads @ 180 lbs

Some other leg exercise that I did like 70 reps @ 250 lbs (it sounds more impressive than it was...I don't think I was doing them right or something)
