Had to do a short one today due to time:

5 Min Bike (Warmup @ lvl 3)
10 BikeĀ 1:1 (Lvl 1 @ 130 RPM or greater, Lvl 20 @ 48 RPM or greater)

40 Reps Shrugs @ 35 lbs
30 Reps Front Plate @ 45 lbs
30 Reps Straight Arm Pulls (Triceps) @ 55 lbs
10 Reps Bicep Curls @ 35 lbs
40 Reps Leg Press @ 220 lbs
30 Reps Hamstrings @ 180 lbs

Do you not have anything more interesting to post?
Like some latest design pattern youre using? Or some other geeky but informative post.

I just find it irritating, all these posts talking about Vista and Sql, and C#, and then right in the middle, how much your pumping down the gym!
