5 min bike cooldown

10 x Bicep Curl @ 30 lbs
20 x Bicep Curl @ 35 lbs

10 x Front Plate @ 45 lbs

10 x Bench Fly @ 30 lbs
20 x Bench Fly @ 35 lbs

30 x Bench Press @ 70 lbs (using bar + weights instead of two dumbells now)

40 x Leg Press @ 230 lbs

30 x Hamstrings @ 190 lbs

30 x Shoulder Shrugs @ 35 lbs (per hand)

30 x Bent-over Row-ish (its the third part of the Clover exercise) @ 35 lbs
