Here it is! And I have to say that it is running very well on my WinXP machine here. Interesting though, when you go to download the .exe, it will only allow for you to download it if you allow Microsoft to 'validate' if your OS is genuine or not. Also interesting that the updater .exe for the program is still called GIANTAntiSpywareUpdater.exe. I guess since it is a beta product, that they haven't got around to changing the names yet.

Actually, I was given the option to download without 'validating' (it's on the next page).

Not compulsory to authenticate.. Fortunately, I have XP on a Tablet (OEM), which is authentic but fails to authenticate! Download and operation still permitted.

I ran the beta version of the software for some months without problem. However a few days after I upgraded to Beta 1 I found I could not acess google.co.uk. My wife's laptop, which shares my broadband connection had no such problem. After a lot of "poking about" with no success, which included uninstalling MS antispyware, I deleted all cookies and my connection was restored.

A few days later I encountered exacly the same problem but, this time, I knew what to do. I've uninstalled it again and I'm OK!

Is there something in the system which corrupts certain cokies?

PS.
I should have mentioned that I had not installed the system on my wife's laptop.
