Mike H. - Another Geek In Need... WebLog

After stumbling through the many hands on labs and walk-throughs available to beta testers, I found the following link refreshing and chock full of information to help those new to MOSS get up and running with some of the main-stream aspects of MOSS.

http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/2/f/02f0f661-88e1-43c2-b523-88d2e9e6802f/7%20Development%20Projects%20with%20the%202007%20Microsoft%20Office%20System%20and%20Windows%20SharePoint%20Services%202007.pdf

You cannot save or print this PDF, but you'll find it very useful.

Hi Mike:

I right clicked on the URL and used Save Target As... to save a copy to my hard drive.

While print and copy functionality are still disabled, having a copy on my hard drive gives the document an order of magnitude increase in value over one that I would have to read online.

This book is 236 pages long and I pity the individual that couldn't save a copy.

I am brand new to share point 2007 and was wondering if you know any good books, on-line demos to get me started from the ground up. Thanks.
