I love SnagIT and I love OneNote 2007. Like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup (PS do all those peanut butter cups belong to Reese's?) now two great things taste better together. SnagIT releases an add-on that allows you to capture directly to OneNote 2007. You can also set it to send the capture to the cursor, a new page in a section, etc ......

I just found out that I passed the beta for 70-238 (Pro: Deploying Messaging Solutions with Microsoft Exchange Server 2007). I had previously passed the beta for 70-237 (Pro: Designing Messaging Solutions with Microsoft Exchange Server 2007). Unfortunately, as detailed here, I did not pass 70-236 (TS:Configuring Exchange Server 2007) and I did not get a chance to take it in beta due to some scheduling conflicts. J.K Rowling's website has released a sidebar gadget for Windows Vista that delivers bits of news and counts down to the release of the seventh and final book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

I have started for some time now an Exchange working group on the Microsoft\Culminis community site Aggreg8. It now has a decent amount of traffic and conversation with lots of questions posted that many in the Exchange community may find helpful. You may also be able to share your experience with others. Please stop by and take a look. I can also give out some invitations if they are needed. Leave a comment. Update: Okay, so while traffic spiked I had been remiss in looking at post dates - nothing ......

Microsoft published a white paper detailing the TCO on Windows Mobile 6 devices vs. RIM's Blackberry. Surprisingly they find a 28% savings in the Wm6 devices over Blackberries. And when studying the 160 enterprise customers they found 85% of them already had the incoming ports open needed for direct push since they are the same ones used for OWA. Nice ......
I read with great interest another view on the iPhone from Michael Robertson who always has an interesting angle on any system or manufacturer that is "closed." I agree with a lot of his points. I am also very disappointed in the way that Apple and AT&T control this device, its usage and its extensibility and customization. In effect, they believe the only way it can be successful is to so totally control the experience that it will be utterly the same for everyone. It will also be rock-solid ......
